Location data
We may collect location data such as information about your device’s location, which may be precise or imprecise depending on your device settings. You can opt out by refusing access or disabling location settings, but some aspects of the services may not work as intended.

- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services requested by the user.
- To communicate about quote requests, scheduling, appointments, service updates, and related business needs.

- To evaluate and improve services, products, marketing, website performance, and customer experience.
- To identify usage trends and understand how the website and services are used.
- To determine the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns.
3. What legal bases do we rely on to process your information?
In short: We process personal information only when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, such as consent, compliance with laws, providing services, fulfilling contractual obligations, protecting rights, or pursuing legitimate business interests.
If you are located in Canada
We may process your information if you have given express or implied consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted to process information without consent, including where collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way; for investigations and fraud detection; for certain business transactions; to assess, process, or settle an insurance claim; to identify injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicate with next of kin; where financial abuse is reasonably suspected; when consent would compromise the availability or accuracy of information related to a breach or contravention of law; where disclosure is required by subpoena, warrant, court order, or court rules; where information was produced by an individual in the course of employment, business, or profession and collection is consistent with that purpose; for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes; or where information is publicly available and specified by regulation.
4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?
In short: We may share information in the specific situations described here and/or with the categories of third parties listed below.
Vendors, consultants, and other third-party service providers
We may share data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to the information to do that work. These parties are expected to safeguard personal information and use it only as instructed.
Categories of third parties may include data analytics services, communication and collaboration tools, and performance monitoring tools.
Business transfers
We may share or transfer information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
In short: We use a minimal, privacy-first approach to cookies and similar technologies.
Our website uses essential cookies or similar technologies needed for security, performance, fraud prevention, bot protection, basic website operation, and delivery of the site through our hosting, CDN, or security providers. These technologies help keep the website available, protect the site from abuse, and support normal page delivery.
We also use Google Analytics and Google advertising measurement technologies to understand website traffic, measure engagement and quote activity, identify how visitors reach the website, and evaluate advertising performance. These services may use first-party cookies and collect device, browser, approximate location, page-view, interaction, referral, and campaign information. After a quote request is successfully submitted, our server may normalize and hash the email address and/or phone number using SHA-256 before providing the resulting hashes to Google for user-provided data and enhanced conversion measurement. Google processes those hashes under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not send vehicle details, VINs, service addresses, free-form notes, or uploaded photos to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
During a browser session, we use session storage to preserve first-touch attribution, such as the initial landing page, referral information, campaign parameters, and the first quote or phone call-to-action used. When a valid quote request is successfully sent, our server may place only the resulting SHA-256 hashes in a short-lived first-party cookie scoped to the quote confirmation page. The cookie expires after about two minutes and is deleted immediately after conversion measurement is sent. Raw email addresses and phone numbers are not placed in analytics session storage or in the confirmation-page URL. We use local storage only to remember that a visitor dismissed our website privacy notice. Vehicle, VIN, service-address, and damage-photo information is not placed in analytics storage.
We do not currently use session-recording or heatmap tools. If we add additional analytics, remarketing, live chat, or behavioral tools, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out choices required by applicable law.
You can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies. Because this site may use essential security or performance technologies, blocking some cookies or similar technologies may affect how the website functions.
6. How long do we keep your information?
In short: We keep information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements. When there is no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize the information, or securely store it until deletion is possible.
7. How do we keep your information safe?
In short: We aim to protect personal information through organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we work to protect personal information, transmission of information to and from our services is at your own risk. You should access the services only within a secure environment.
8. What are your privacy rights?
In short: Depending on your state, province, country, or region, you may have rights that allow access to and control over personal information.
In some regions, including Canada, rights may include requesting access to personal information, obtaining a copy, requesting correction or deletion, restricting processing, data portability where applicable, avoiding automated decision-making where applicable, and objecting to processing in certain circumstances.
You may withdraw consent at any time when we rely on consent, but withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on other lawful grounds.
You can opt out of marketing and promotional communications by clicking unsubscribe links, replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to SMS messages where applicable, or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing service-related messages needed to administer your request or provide service.
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually remove or reject cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain features or services.
9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track feature or setting that signals a privacy preference not to have online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing Do-Not-Track signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other automatic mechanisms. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will update this notice.
10. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In short: Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to request access to and receive details about personal information we maintain, correct inaccuracies, receive a copy, delete information, withdraw consent, or exercise other rights. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by law.
