Installation workmanship
Support for eligible concerns related to the installation work performed by Interstate Auto Glass.
Lifetime Warranty
Interstate Auto Glass stands behind eligible installation workmanship after windshield replacement, side-glass service, back-glass replacement, and other covered auto-glass work. These terms explain what is covered, what is not, and how to request support.

Built around trust
Proper fit, preparation, sealing, cleanup, and communication matter after every auto glass installation. Every eligible installation is backed by workmanship support for concerns tied to our work, not every future issue a vehicle may experience.
If you notice a concern, contact us promptly. A few details and clear photos help us review the issue quickly and explain the appropriate next step.
Warranty terms at a glance
For eligible replacement and repair services, our lifetime workmanship warranty covers verified installation-related concerns caused by the work we performed. Examples include water leaks, abnormal wind noise caused by fit or sealing, and other workmanship defects related to installation.
What the warranty supports
The goal is simple: clear expectations, practical follow-up, and support for eligible workmanship-related concerns after service.
Support for eligible concerns related to the installation work performed by Interstate Auto Glass.
If something does not seem right after installation, we review the concern and explain the next step clearly.

We serve Atlanta, Metro Atlanta, and nearby Georgia communities with direct communication and follow-up when needed.

How warranty support works
Send the vehicle information, service date, photos or video, and a short description of the concern.
We look at the information provided and determine whether the concern appears related to eligible workmanship.
If follow-up is needed, we explain the appropriate path clearly and schedule next steps when applicable.
When a concern is verified as eligible workmanship, we address it according to these warranty terms.
Important notes
A workmanship warranty does not mean every future glass issue is caused by installation. New impact damage, accidents, vandalism, misuse, body or frame damage, pre-existing rust or corrosion, prior repairs, worn regulators, electrical failures, and other unrelated vehicle-condition issues are not workmanship defects and are not covered.
The best first step is always to contact us with photos and details. We can review the situation and help determine the most appropriate next step.
