Chrysler Pacifica rear glass replacement

Broken liftgate glass affects the entire rear of a minivan. The Pacifica’s replacement glass had to align with the hatch perimeter, rear-wiper area, defroster connections, and surrounding trim rather than simply filling an open rectangle. The bonding surface was prepared, the new pane was positioned to follow the liftgate shape, and the exterior reveal was checked along the upper and side edges. Final review included the powered liftgate opening, the upper spoiler and wiper relationship, rearward visibility from the driver’s seat, and the sealing line around the broad curved hatch. The Pacifica was also checked with the third-row and cargo area in mind, because a family minivan needs the rear opening to protect passengers, groceries, luggage, and folded-seat storage—not merely look complete from outside.
