Staging the glass this way also keeps the lower corners protected while primers, tools, and lifting equipment are organized. The part was compared with the removed windshield and vehicle information before it approached the opening. Surface contamination, shipping damage, chipped corners, and attachment differences are easier to catch while the glass is fully visible on the stand. Once those checks were complete, the pane could move to the installation area in a planned sequence, reducing unnecessary handling near the Mazda’s hood, pillars, and painted roof edge. That preparation also helped keep the adhesive and lifting steps organized before the glass approached the vehicle.
